I am incredibly grateful I chose LSAT Nerds for my LSAT preparation and law school admissions journey. I worked with both Wade and Kristina for LSAT prep, and their personalized approach, strategic guidance, and unwavering encouragement were exactly what I needed to elevate my performance. They helped me identify key areas for improvement, provided time management strategies, and showed me how to effectively maximize my score. With their help, I overcame a score plateau and ultimately increased my score by 14 points.

Because their tutoring and support were so impactful, I also chose to continue my work with Wade Formo during the admissions process as well. His feedback on my essays and overall application was invaluable. Wade made himself readily available and genuinely cared about my success. I had never experienced this level of support from someone with no personal stake in my outcome, which made the experience even more meaningful.

LSAT Nerds helped me feel confident in my applications, strengthened my presentation as a candidate, and enabled me not only to gain acceptance into my dream school but also to consider and receive offers from even better programs I hadn’t initially thought possible. Their dedication and guidance at every step made a lasting impact on my journey. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a personalized, effective, and results-driven approach to LSAT preparation and law school admissions.

Before I started tutoring with Wade to study for the LSAT, I had worked with several other tutors and companies, but I felt like I wasn’t grasping the concepts as best as I could. As a result, my score was not progressing in the way that I was wanting. When I started meeting with Wade, the test started to click for me for the first time, and the way that he explained concepts really worked with my learning style. After several sessions, I started to see an improvement in my score as well as in my overall understanding of the test! Wade also helped me with my entire law school application which was immensely helpful. This process can be very overwhelming, but the support and feedback Wade provided me on my many statements made me feel confident in my application. I am so grateful for all of the time and energy Wade has put in to my journey to law school, and I don’t think my cycle would have gone as well as it did without his help.

Anna is a phenomenal tutor, especially for logical reasoning and logic games. With her help, I increased my score by 11 points in five weeks and ended up scoring a 176. She is a pleasure to work with. I also took advantage of the proctored weekend exams which were essential for minimizing my nerves on test day, allowing me to perform my best.

-C.K., Fall 2023

My LSAT journey was really one of the toughest challenges I’ve ever had in terms of standardized testing. I was self-studying for the last 2 years and knew there was a problem when I received my first score of a 150 and I was only able to bring it up to a 161 a year and a half later. Although, I was still proud of my achievement, I knew that I wasn’t fully prepared for this exam but I didn’t know how to approach it any differently. I found out about LSAT Nerds through an online forum and on a whim, I scheduled a 15-minute consultation with Alex who recommended Anna to me. Alex sat down with me for about an hour to walk me through my LSAT history and I was immediately touched with how genuine and candid the conversation went. I’ve also had pretty bad test anxiety but after Alex’s recommendation and reading other testimonials from students who also felt the same way but said that Anna really helped quell their anxiety, I took a chance and stuck with Anna.

And that was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Anna instantly made me feel super comfortable despite me feeling severely self-conscious about my many previous failed LSAT attempts. She was super open and welcoming about what I needed help with and took great consideration about my testing anxiety. She made a customized studying schedule for me that specifically targeted my weaknesses and every session we had, we worked on chipping away common problems I was getting wrong. She taught me new ways of thinking about the questionsx, especially with Logical Reasoning and made it super easy for me to grasp. And nearing the end of 10 sessions, I felt completely different about the exam and was significantly more confident in my abilities to understand all the tips and tricks necessary to get a 170+. I took the August 2023 exam and scored a 168 that I was still really proud of but I knew I could do better given the horrendous proctoring situation for that exam. I retook the exam in September and really drilled down all the best practices I learned over the past 10 weeks from Anna including her guidance on how to ease my anxiety and ended up scoring a 172! I can confidently say that this wouldn’t have happened without Anna and her constant support. She makes a significant effort to check-in with you and feel like a LSAT partner rather than simply a tutor. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much Anna!"

-P.L., Fall 2023

LSAT Nerds is a true game-changer. After studying on my own and enrolling in other LSAT Prep classes, I did not reach my goal of obtaining the score I thought I was capable of. LSAT Nerds truly came to the rescue.

I contacted Alex and he walked me through the process and by the end of the conversation he had mapped out my trajectory. Alex got me in touch with Wade and Galen to get things set up.

Galen and I came up with another game plan, made adjustments and really looked at data and previous practice tests to hone in on my particular challenges. Once we analyzed the data and discussed the next steps we were on our way to success and did not look back. After studying profusely and having the will to not give up, I was ready!

Galen is one of the most compassionate and patient people I have encountered. She displayed an endless drive to improve my thinking process and helped me ease my testing anxiety. In essence, Galen undid a lot of the strategies and habits I was taught in previous LSAT Prep Courses. Galen helped me believe in myself and gave me the confidence that I needed to improve my score. She treated me as if I was her only student!

Galen and I worked on strategies, time management, and concentrated on areas where I struggled. Galen worked endlessly with me and she never once got impatient! She continued to encourage me and applaud my successes. She encouraged me throughout the process. After working with Galen, I felt ready to take the test again. After taking the test, I felt good about my preparation and was optimistic that I would reach my goal. To my amazement, I exceeded my goal, and my test score increased by 14 points!

I am forever grateful for everything they did to help me with my LSAT journey and now on to applying to Law School. Alex, Wade, and Galen helped me see what intestinal fortitude looks like, means, and how to go after your set goals. LSAT Nerds is the best to help you master the test! I recommend them to anyone. Thank you LSAT Nerds!

When I first met Wade, I was totally paralyzed by fear. I knew that I had to retake the LSAT, but I didn't trust myself to identify where and how my studying needed to be improved. Wade was a guiding light from day one, and gave me targeted advice that was curated to my needs. Not only did Wade help me build stronger critical thinking and logic skills. but he also helped me build my confidence so I felt self-assured and prepared on test day. When I started sending out applications, Wade was an indispensable second pair of eyes on the mountains of personal statements and addenda that I had drafted. He is a wonderful professional mentor, and I am so grateful to have worked with him.

-F.F., Summer 2023

I had a great experience working with Wade both on LSAT tutoring and the law school admissions process. I began my LSAT studying with Khan Academy and Princeton Review books, thinking I would be fine studying on my own. However I found myself hitting a rut in my scores and not able to improve to where I wanted to be. Through my work with Wade I learned new tricks and ways to approach each section and my score shot up to a 173! Wade also provided invaluable guidance on the admissions process - providing advice on the content of my essays and helping me figure out how to approach the admissions timeline. I worked with him extensively to edit and improve my essays. Thanks to Wade, my admissions process went incredibly smoothly, and I got into Stanford, Harvard, and NYU!

-A.R., Fall 2022

I came to the LSAT Nerds after self-studying for the August 2022 LSAT. Though I scored well, I felt that I had room for growth and was hoping to increase my chances of receiving acceptances/scholarships by boosting my score. Enter Galen, a literal angel on Earth. Galen was consistently kind and supportive and helped me feel capable. We did not have a ton of sessions as I was signed up for the October exam, but she quickly helped me identify my weakest areas and knew the test so well that I learned how to pick up key points in each section. Galen was endlessly encouraging, assigned an amount of practice that was still manageable as a full-time student, and seemed to take my goal score as a goal of her own. And, after successfully boosting my score, when I didn't have anyone to proofread my personal statement, she stepped into yet another role on my behalf to do so and helped me feel ready to submit my applications. I wasn't sure if putting resources towards a tutor would be worthwhile, but with Galen, reader, it was.

-S.F., Fall 2022

When I first took the LSAT, I studied by myself and got a 168. Thinking that I could do better, I studied for another few months and saw my score drop to a 166. I called LSAT Nerds for a 15-minute consultation, and Alex sat on the phone with me for a full 45 minutes to walk through my LSAT history and law school trajectory. He recommended Galen for my specific needs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her as a tutor. I had a very busy summer, and she helped me strategically use my time to study the topics that would yield the greatest return. She also helped me identify weaknesses that I couldn’t see, overcome timing issues, and alleviate some of my LSAT anxiety. After just five sessions with Galen, I took the LSAT for a third time and scored a 171. I highly recommended Galen to anyone looking for that final score bump!

-A.R., Summer 2022

Having the help of The LSAT Nerds with my LSAT prep was invaluable. I had the absolute pleasure of working with my tutor, Galen, to help get me ready for test day. She did a great job of tailoring a study plan that was just right for me. My tutoring sessions with her were always efficient and effective and she was great about coming up with targeted activities to help me perform my best on test day. If you are in need of help to get ready for the LSAT, I recommend that you give The LSAT Nerds a serious look. You won't regret it!

-T.P., Spring 2022

I just received my LSAT results yesterday, and after several months of preparation and hard work enabled by the LSAT Nerds, I was very satisfied with my new score. I jumped 16 points! Kristina was my tutor and an excellent mentor. Her patience and expertise could not have been better suited to my unique learning style.

-C.V., Spring 2022

After taking a few prep tests and one real LSAT, I had done pretty well with a 165. I was worried that a tutor might not be able to help me improve my score that much, since I was already doing relatively well. But I was wrong! Galen did a great job of teaching me a multitude of different ways to approach each problem, particularly logic games, that gave my the confidence to handle whatever was thrown at me. I began to notice patterns in questioning and reasoning typically used on the LSAT that made parts of the LSAT become automatic for me. Come test day, I knew I was going to be able to crush it. Galen helped me get a full ride scholarship to a top law school. I can’t thank her enough!

-S.W., Fall 2021

I was a client of LSAT Nerds from September 2021 to November 2021, receiving tutoring sessions from Yash Mehta. I was very pleased with these sessions and would 100% recommend Yash to a friend or anyone hoping to improve their LSAT score. I had tried so many different programs in the past two years such as Blueprint, PowerScore, etc. but could not manage to do better on my practice tests. I was stagnant and frustrated wondering what I could possibly be doing wrong. I had even tried two different tutors alongside these programs but they did not make much of an impact for me. I stumbled upon LSAT Nerds quite late in my LSAT journey and it was my last chance to improve.

Being paired with Yash and seeing the type of effort he put into helping me exceeded my expectations. He was always very patient, attentive, and light-hearted in his approach using humor to build a rapport. Every session was always fun while learning a lot of detailed and valuable information that had initially seemed overwhelming. We came up with a tutoring plan tailored towards my weaknesses to ensure raising my scores and self-confidence. My games section score went up drastically due to the tips and correct approaches that he taught me. My LSAT score increased 9 points with his help overtime, going from a 150 to a 159. Overall, I never felt rushed during our sessions as he truly cared about how I was feeling and what my personal goals were. He would always ask if I completely understood a concept before moving forward which I appreciated. Every session from Yash was always accompanied with a motivational talk and a smile. Not only did I learn to master complex problems, but I felt so much more capable of receiving the score I had always dreamed of. Yash helped me complete my LSAT journey with a very strong finish. I would definitely recommend him as a tutor to anybody looking for improvement in their own LSAT journey.

I.I. Fall 2021

Galen was the biggest help on my LSAT journey. I was able to go from a 157 to a 165 with her help in just two months. She was able to explain things in different ways if I wasn’t grasping a concept. She was also extremely encouraging and her positive attitude helped keep me motivated and confident while studying. We worked on mostly reading comprehension and she helped me really learn to read the passages in a way that was applicable to the LSAT. I can not thank her enough for all her help!

Wade helped me with my admissions cycle and reviewed essays for me. He offered great advice and helped me get to the best possible versions of my various essays. I can not thank Wade and the LSAT Nerds enough for helping me get to my goal LSAT score and helping me with my applications. All this helped me get into my dream school and I can’t wait to start this fall. I would recommend The LSAT Nerds to anyone looking for LSAT tutoring or application consultation!

-R.R., Fall 2021

Independently studying for the LSAT was something that did not effectively work for me. When I decided a tutor would be the best option I did some shopping around and ultimately decided on LSATNerds. Not even 24 hours after inquiring with Wade I was paired with Sabrina and we were on our way. Sabrina was the best thing ever, she took me back to the basics to fully grasp how the test was structured to attain my desired score. My score excelled greatly once I took a chance with Sabrina and the LSATNerds and so did my law school applications not to mention my self-confidence in this test. Best investment I've made thus far in furthering my law career.

-A.Z., Fall 2021

As he’d likely tell you, I could not thank Sam enough. I came into tutoring with Sam with a pretty solid grounding in the LSAT, but awful strategy. He walked me through unlearning the bad habits I picked up from other prep courses, and crucially, he simplified the exam for me. Sam was supportive, accommodating, and always up for a laugh. With Sam’s help, I eventually scored a 174. He’s the best at what he does and a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend Sam to anyone looking for an expert LSAT tutor!

-S.Q., Fall 2021

LSATNerds has been a major turning point in my law school journey. My diagnostic score on the LSAT was 150, but after regular weekly sessions with Alex and hearing his explanations (especially for LR and LG), I was able to consistently score in the high 160s on practice tests. I supplemented my one-to-one tutoring with group sessions hosted by Wade and Sam, where I learned a lot about how to better approach LSAT questions and the law school application process. I ended up getting accepted to a T14 school on ED, and I could not have done it without the support from Alex and the LSATNerds team.

-A.F., Fall 2021

Yash is a fantastic tutor! He has a knack for breaking down complex, multi-step problems into simple and easy-to-understand parts. My score has vastly improved from a 149 to a 165, and I credit so much of my improvement to Yash. He makes himself available as a resource to his students, and he is transparent when it comes to scheduling. He is great at assessing what areas of the exam you need help with the most each session, so you can make the most of your time. He is charming and funny, which makes studying for the LSAT far more tolerable. And I can say now that I actually enjoy logic games, even though it was my lowest scoring and most challenging section previous to my tutoring sessions with Yash. He helped to make the exam less stressful come test day by checking in and ensuring me that my hard work was going to pay off. He is a wonderful advocate for his students, and I am so thankful I got to be one of them!

-H.B., Fall 2021

My experience with Olivia was amazing. Prior to working with Olivia, I had tried various prep courses that did not work with my learning style. Although I began with a basic foundation, Olivia elevated my understanding of the test within just a few sessions. Olivia had so much patience with me and gave me different test strategies to calm my test anxiety. The section I struggled with the most was reading comprehension. In working with Olivia, I was able to drastically improve this section. Olivia is very experienced and went above and beyond to make sure I was in good shape for the exam. I really appreciated that Olivia adjusted to my learning style so I was able to fully grasp the concepts and strategies which I had not experienced previously in my LSAT journey. Thank you so much!!!!

-A.K., Fall 2021

I am incredibly grateful for my time with Anna and the LSAT Nerds. Working with Anna made studying for the LSAT a truly positive experience. She has an impressive grasp of the test and could make even the most complicated questions understandable. I came into test preparation dreading logic games. However, with Anna’s framing strategies, I was able to attack games in a whole new way, often scoring -0/-2 on practice tests. I never would have thought this was possible, but Anna is truly a logic games wizard! While working on logical reasoning, Anna suggested timing techniques I never thought of trying. Using these techniques, I began finishing sections with minutes to spare, something I hadn’t been able to do before. I also really struggled to find weaknesses and gaps in arguments, but Anna guided me to start asking questions that allowed me to see them clearly.

Anna was always extremely patient with me. I never felt rushed or pressured to understand questions and she never hesitated to explain things in different ways until I understood the concepts. I felt comfortable asking questions outside of our sessions and knew she could be counted on to answer them. Anna was also a much-welcomed support system during the application process. She was willing to look over my application materials, listen to my frustrations, and provide helpful advice whenever needed.

Anna is a dedicated, kind, and caring tutor. I am beyond grateful for the time she spent with me and I can not recommend her or the LSAT Nerds more highly! I genuinely enjoyed my LSAT experience with Anna and I could not have scored in the 93rd percentile without her help!

-M.K., Fall 2021

I highly recommend using the LSAT Nerds for effective LSAT prep. Yash truly went above and beyond to make sure my approach to the test, and the logic games section (the section I struggled with the most) in particular, were in tip top shape prior to the August 2021 LSAT. I only had a few sessions with Yash, but in that short time my timing and accuracy in regards to the logic games section improved greatly, giving me the confidence I needed going into the test. Yash also provided much needed psychological support in the few critical weeks leading up to the exam with an infectious positive outlook. During the August 2021 administration of the LSAT, I was able to finish the logic games section with a great deal of extra time, something that I could only dream of doing prior to working with Yash.

Aside from one-on-one sessions, the LSAT Nerds also provide fantastic Zoom workshops that cover a variety of test related subjects at no extra charge! If you hit a plateau during your LSAT studies and are looking at possibly hiring a tutor, the value the LSAT Nerds provide cannot be beaten. I am very grateful for Yash and the LSAT Nerds!

-J.T., Fall 2021

After feeling that I had reached a plateau in my LSAT studying, I reached out to Sam Rosenberg and the LSAT Nerds based on recommendations I had received from several friends. I am so grateful to have been put in contact with such an excellent tutor- it was truly a privilege to work with Sam! He was extremely flexible and available to meet or answer questions, and he expressed genuine interest in my LSAT and law school application journey. I reached out to Sam frequently regarding the LSAT, help with essays, and general advice on the application process. Working with Sam not only played a major role in helping me raise my LSAT score significantly, but also in increasing my confidence in my logical reasoning and test-taking abilities. If you are looking for a truly intelligent, patient, and supportive tutor, I highly recommend working with Sam and the LSAT Nerds! He is the best!!

-O.E., Fall 2021

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Sam for my LSAT prep. Sam helped me raise my score by about 8 points, getting me to my goal score of 172. He was very patient and brought a high level of expertise to each of our meetings. He also was very flexible and made time to meet with me whenever I needed. At several points during the months I studied for the LSAT, I came into a meeting with Sam lacking the necessary mental energy or drive. During these times, Sam was very encouraging and made the LSAT fun and exciting rather than a chore. My confidence on the LSAT increased significantly through working with Sam! I also regularly reached out to Sam for help and advice on my law school applications. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me on my essays, recommendations, etc. Overall, I highly recommend using Sam and the LSAT Nerds for LSAT prep!!

-J.F., Fall 2021

When I made the decision to pursue law school I was faced with so many decisions for how to best conquer the LSAT with so many options for prep courses. I didn't want a cookie cutter plan like I was seeing in all the ads for LSAT prep, which is why I am so glad I scrolled a little further and came across the wonderful group of people known as the LSAT nerds! I was immediately hooked when I saw that they give you your own living, breathing tutor who has been through the same experience you are going through and can give you all the tips and tricks to do your very best on the test! I was so excited to get my tutor, who they match you with by the way how cool!, and I wasn't prepared for the amazing connection I would make with Oliva! She is the most helpful, kind, and genuine person. She truly cares about her students and wants to see them succeed! She has helped me beyond just the test which is more than I could ever ask for since navigating through this process can be daunting and I am so beyond thrilled to have Oliva in my corner! I can not recommend her enough!

-N.L., Fall 2021

Yash was an incredibly patient and kind teacher! He was always positive and was a great source of support during my LSAT studying. There were times where studying would be difficult and I wouldn’t be able to understand certain concepts, but Yash took the time to make sure that I understand everything. He truly went above and beyond and I am grateful that he was my tutor!

-E.C., Fall 2021

93rd percentile!! THANK YOU, ANNA!!

I could not have been on this journey without Anna. I was absolutely at a loss on how to study. I had been self-studying for almost eight months, starting with a 148, but then I devastatingly hit a wall in the high 150s. Practice test after practice test, I was not improving until I started working with Anna. After just ONE reading comp lesson, I went from -12 in a section to my first ever -0!!! You often hear that you should read for structure, tone, etc., but the LSATNerds method is so much more than that - their reading comp lessons are more specific than any other advice I've seen from prep books. It is very easy to trick yourself into thinking you actually know the key takeaways from a passage. Having an expert check my knowledge and understanding of the passage allowed me to see my common gaps in understanding and mistakes in misinterpretation of answer choices more quickly than I would have on my own. Anna worked at my pace and was able to explain the concepts in multiple ways for me to be able to understand why certain answer choices were right/wrong.

She also helped me adopt a new LR strategy that absolutely WORKED. Before Anna, I would get as many as 14 questions wrong in a section. Thanks to Anna, I quickly get around -3/-1 on a section with time to spare (sometimes as much as 8-10 minutes!). Anna was the perfect balance of hands-on guidance and giving me the space to struggle independently instead of just serving answers and reasoning on a platter. When I had trouble understanding a stimulus or eliminating answer choices, she would ask probing questions to guide me in the right direction and make sure my reasoning was solid. This is SO important for gains in logical reasoning. You need to let your brain struggle and you need to have someone there to make sure you aren’t engaging in faulty reasoning. We established a great review method together and would go through the questions with me, not knowing what the answer is, and would articulate a flawless, and easy to follow line of reasoning and explain the same concept in multiple ways. This was HUGE for me.

As for logic games, Anna taught me how to predict the correct answer to difficult questions such as rule substitution by educating me on how to identify the most powerful rules and variables. I would send her pictures of my set-up after doing a timed section, and she would give me precise feedback on what I should do in the future to both avoid mistakes and become more efficient. With Anna's method, I improved on this section incredibly quickly and obtained many perfect sections on practice tests as a result.

Anna also helped me structure my time in the most efficient way possible. She implemented science-based learning techniques such as spacing, so I spent less time reviewing but obtained better retention. Another method we used was the concept of frontloading work- we focused on the most challenging material at the beginning of prep. In addition, I was overwhelmed with what practice tests/timed sections I should be taking and when, and she helped me create a schedule that best fit my needs. Anna was incredibly available to me outside of our scheduled tutoring time and would review my weekly reflections and provide prompt feedback.

In addition to being a fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable tutor, she is a genuinely kind person. I faced many obstacles in my personal life throughout my time studying for this exam, but her patience, understanding, and encouragement made all the difference. Studying for this test and working with her became the highlights of my week. Because of Anna, I genuinely love the LSAT, I reached my goal score of 167, and I feel ready to conquer law school. If you are looking for structure, skill, quick gains, incredible empathy, genuine dedication, and FUN, Anna is the tutor for you! I promise, choosing to work with her will be one of the best decisions you will make for your future.

-O.M., Fall 2021

Getting to work with Sam was a tremendous experience. He is an excellent tutor. He explains the LSAT with ease and helps his students get into a mindset where they are sure they can succeed. After working with him for several weeks I began to see the test in the same, clear way that he does. My confidence soared and I actually became excited to work on the LSAT, a test which had on prior occasions brought me to the edge of anxiety attacks. I eventually scored a 177, a figure that exceeded my wildest expectations.

To any student interested in improving their LSAT score, I recommend in the strongest possible terms that you work with Sam. You will not only become more proficient at logical reasoning, but you will become more calm as you do it. More sure of yourself. And this is perhaps the surest sign of an exemplary tutor, one who can transmit his own feeling of mastery over the test to his students.

-D.S., Summer 2021

When I found LSAT Nerds, I had taken the January LSAT and scored almost 8 points below my average. As someone who has struggled with standardized tests before (especially the mental aspect), I honestly wondered if this was the best I could do - but I was determined to at least try something different. Within weeks of working with Sam, I improved on every section and was increasing my average by several points above what it had been before. Even more importantly, Sam made me feel like the LSAT could be fun and that it was eminently “learnable”: this mindset allowed me to go into the April test with the belief that no matter what question I encountered, I would have a strategy to tackle it. My score increase speaks for itself! To my surprise, I actually ended up enjoying studying for the LSAT with Sam, and I felt like I had all the support and encouragement I could possibly need to approach the test with confidence and gusto. Finally, Sam also applies his experience as a lawyer to show how the test is relevant to the law - which, for me, made an enormous difference in my motivation to master the concepts on the LSAT. All in all, Sam truly loves what he does and goes above and beyond to help his students.

-A.R., Summer 2021

I started working with Sam in February. At that point, I had already taken the LSAT once, but I really wanted to increase my score. I’m not sure I could’ve achieved that goal and scored a 170 without Sam. He was so supportive, generous, and thoughtful as a tutor. He also possessed such a thorough understanding of the test material that I knew I could trust him with all of the questions and concerns I had about the exam.

Everyone knows that studying for the LSAT can be very stressful, but Sam made the process much easier, and even fun. Overall, I feel really grateful and lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Sam. I learned so much from him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs extra help while preparing for the LSAT.

Yash Mehta is the real deal. He will guide you to the point that you are not only score high enough to matriculate at the school of your choice, but will also make you competitive for scholarships.

There are many tutors who scored in the 170s on the LSAT. That is a necessary condition but is not sufficient to help your reach your goal. Most of These tutors cannot explain how they reached their score much less teach you how to emulate their feats. They will recycle the same materials that you will find at Kaplan, Blueprint or Testmasters. Their traditional methods will yield the same bland sub-par results. Their approach can be characterized as “Seal do, Seal see and, hopefully, the Seal remember. They will teach you a few rote tricks that may gain a few points but these methods will never get you to your full potential.

Yash is different. He treats you as an adult and as a peer. He talks to you to see what your goals are. He is always respectful and never condescending. After getting an ideal of what you want, the time, and the resources available to you; he then puts together a customized program to help you get to your goals. As you work with him, he is willing to course correct. He will tweak his lesson plans by adding very focused exercises and problem sets to build on your strengths and shore up weaknesses. He would also suggest outside resources to supplement your learning.

The best part of dealing with Yash were the one-on-one tutorials. He was prepared and always prompt for the appointment. If I had to change the time of a session because of work or an outside appointment he was always flexible in setting a new time. During the sessions he would show you how to derive the solutions. He broke down the tasks into the individual steps. He then went over them until grasp the logic behind those steps. You came away from the lesson with more than a canned answer for a group of specific answers. You had an approach that allowed you to answer new and different questions under test conditions.

Before I worked with Yash, I was plateauing in the 150s. After working with him I am now in the 160s. By practicing the principles, he taught me I will soon break into the 170s. This incredible progress was made possible by Yash’s help. However, one prepares for the LSAT you will be working harder than you have ever have in your life. Now the question is willing the work bear fruit. Choosing Yash as an instructor will help make sure all of your work is purposeful and yields the best results.

-H.D., Summer 2021

Sam worked with me for 9 months and helped me create a personalized study plan that worked best for me. He was extremely patient and helpful as we worked together to better understand how to best approach each problem on the test. Sam not only helped me reach a score of 170 on the LSAT, but has also helped to equip me with the confidence I needed to present myself to law schools this application cycle. I can't thank Sam and the LSAT NERDs team enough! The proctored tests on the weekends and the countless workshops helped me immensely. I am so grateful for the LSAT NERDs and highly recommend using their tutoring.

As I was signing up for a tutor with The LSAT Nerds, I was recommended to select Kristina Simonetti as I needed a lot of courage and motivation to take my LSAT for the 3rd time. I could not be more thankful to have listened to this recommendation as she is the absolute best! She worked alongside me and encouraged me to reach goals I thought I was incapable of. Her notes were so organized and so easy to follow through, I felt like the LSAT was so attainable. She helped me with preparing for law school as well, always giving excellent advice and reviewing papers like resumes, personal statements etc. I am in a much better position not only as a potential law school student, but also just in mental health. She always showed me the better side of things that I would consistently dismiss in this very difficult path you take, as you are graduating and awaiting all these decisions. I am so thankful for Kristina, and I could not have done this without her !

Before I made the decision to work with The LSAT Nerds, I was self-studying a couple days a week. I was using The PowerScore LSAT Bible Trilogy. Most of the time while I was studying, I would have multiple questions and would skip over important learning concepts that were essential in acing this exam. A friend of mine recommended that I contact Wade and allow him to guide me through my studying phase. Wade was the most helpful and patient tutor to work with while I was studying for my LSAT. He made me feel calm and relaxed, especially while studying and taking my exam during Covid. Before working with Wade, I took the exam and was not happy with my score. After a couple of months, I increased my score by 11 points and received admissions to my top schools. Through the entire process, he did an amazing job at explaining each problem and section. He encouraged me to practice on my own outside of our sessions. This allowed me to work on problems by myself and during the following session, ask any questions that arose while I was working alone. It was important to me to have a tutor that was encouraging and made sure I was getting all the practice I needed before the big day. Also, another factor that was helpful were the free weekly workshops that he offered with the other tutors. Attending these calls with other tutors and students was always exciting because it gave me the opportunity to see how other people approach a problem and solve it. I will forever be grateful for Wade and the time he took to work with me. He made every session interesting and never once made me feel like I couldn’t achieve my goals. I would recommend The LSAT Nerds to anyone, but specifically, I would recommend Wade for being the most amazing tutor out there!

I am so thankful to Alex and the LSAT nerds for helping me raise my LSAT score by a crucial five points in just over a month. Prior to choosing Alex as my tutor, I did extensive research and interviews and am happy to report that I was not disappointed with my selection. Alex made scheduling easy, and worked intensively with me on my problem areas in logic games while also offering additional guidance and areas of focus I had not previously considered. He made himself available to answer emails and questions outside of tutoring time, which I very much appreciated. It was also nice to feel his support and earnest interest in helping me reach my goals. Thank you again!

-D.B., Spring 2021

Prior to having been recommended LSAT Nerds by a peer, I was a part of a program that used Kaplan. I saw no differences in my scores, so I applied for the scholarship not knowing if I would even get it. I am so grateful for the LSAT Nerds and Yash Mehta because without this opportunity I know I would not have been able to understand the LSAT on a more basic level. What I appreciated about Yash is that he really took the time to breakdown different sections, and thoroughly explain them to me in a way where I was able to review what we went over on my own. His patience and kindness are what made this experience even more rewarding. I highly recommend Yash as a tutor and a great person of support while trying to learn the LSAT.

-R.T., Spring 2021

I worked with Yash for a few months leading up to the second time I took the LSAT. He had a very organized and practical approach for how to improve my score. We worked through many different types of problems that I struggled with, and he always made sure I had 100% understanding before moving on. Yash is very intelligent and supportive, not to mention he is great at explaining things and helped me get the confidence I needed to retake the LSAT! I would absolutely recommend him as a tutor!

-C.M., Spring 2021

The past seven months have been an incredible journey. Wade’s support was monumental to my success. I started off with a diagnostic score of 157 in June 2020 and finished with a final official LSAT score of 173 in January 2021. I was very impressed by everyone at the LSAT Nerds. From my initial consultation to the workshops to each tutoring session, the culture at the LSAT Nerds was constantly supportive and pushed me to reach my full potential.

Prior to deciding on the LSAT Nerds, I throughly research all my study and tutoring options. I did not take the decision to work with Wade lightly and I can say without a doubt that the LSAT Nerds exceeded all my expectations. Before I began meeting with a tutor, I was confused about what route to take for studying and was wasting several hours trying to figure out the most effective approach. By working with someone who has years of experience with the test, I was able to be a lot more efficient with my time. Most importantly, I felt supported every step of the way. I always knew I had someone I could trust that I could reach out to for help. I will forever be grateful for all of Wade’s help as well as all the resources I got from the LSAT Nerds.

Tutoring with the LSAT Nerds should be the go to method of studying for any student who truly wants to reach their full potential on the LSAT in the most effective and efficient manner.

Yash is both an excellent tutor and a great person to help anyone along their LSAT journey. I came to him two months before my exam looking to raise my score from the mid-160s into the mid-170s. Despite my initial myopic focus on the Logic Games section, Yash took a comprehensive approach to the tutoring experience. He is very skilled at analyzing and teaching “patterns” that occur throughout the test, whether that be understanding contrapositives in Logical Reasoning or assessing the difference between a subordinate and primary conclusion in Reading Comprehension. What I appreciated most about our time together was his expertise in developing a practice schedule that was both rigorous and took into account the need for rest. Under his guidance, and with some elbow grease, I was able to bridge the difficult divide between the 160s and 170s, and I reached my goal of scoring in the mid-170s. For anyone interested in improving their score, I’d recommend Yash!

-S.O., Winter 2021

I started working with Wade Formo in April 2020, and I had just decided to take a gap year to study hard for the LSAT. Wade was very encouraging since the first session, whenever I felt negative he would motivate me and help me keep pushing towards my goal. He helped me dramatically improve my LSAT score, I went from scoring in the high 140s to scoring up to a 164 in a timed practice exam. I officially scored a 158 on the January LSAT, since it was the last exam in the admissions cycle for the schools I was applying I could not retake without having to take another gap year. Nonetheless, I am still proud of my score. I worked extremely hard and so did Wade to help me get to that point. I strongly believe if it was not for the help of Wade I would not have broken into the 160 mark. He has tremendous knowledge of the exam, especially reading comprehension. I was able to improve on my reading comprehension from an average of -14 to a -8. Wade was also very generous with his time, he would make time to help me with my admission cycle. He gave me valuable advice on how I should structure my admissions statements as well as helped me with my approach in scholarship negotiations. I cannot thank Wade enough for all the help and generosity he has provided me! I have had LSAT tutors before Wade, and no one comes close to the knowledge and great attitude Wade provides to his students. I highly recommend Wade Formo and all the LSAT Nerds’ tutors! I have had a chance to interact with the other tutors through the free workshops, and they all are very nice and patient with the students. The LSAT Nerds provide so much value to their students, hands down the best LSAT prep!

Whatever your expectations are for a tutor, I can pretty much guarantee Sam’s going to surpass them. I found the LSAT Nerds a couple months before the last official LSAT exam I had time to take before submitting applications. I wasn’t even entirely sure I would have time to improve my score a significant amount, but Sam made it not only possible, but also took away the guesswork and anxiety of studying last minute and made it pleasant and well- structured. He’s really talented at figuring out where you struggle, and then finding a simple way to help you understand the principle behind the concept you struggle with- sometimes even finding multiple ways to explain the same idea until it’s really concreted in your head. He’s really invested in your success & goes WAY beyond just the scheduled session. He made me feel really motivated to study and more confident in my own abilities. I ended up increasing my score by 11 points after working with him for only a few months! If you’re looking for a tutor that can create a session crafted entirely around what you need to improve on, and be personable and enjoyable to work with, there really isn’t anyone better than Sam!

-K.T., Winter 2021

I can’t recommend Yash enough! After working through a self paced online course for 4 months, I only managed to improve my diagnostic by a few points on the November LSAT. In only 7 weeks, I was able to improve my score by 10 points and finally break into the 160s! Yash is fantastic at breaking down LSAT concepts, and his skills in teaching pattern recognition and strategy helped me improve my score in every section of the test. Logic Games was my worst and most inconsistent section of the test until I began working with Yash, and his approach to a rigorous, detail oriented yet flexible study schedule allowed me to see significant results, all while working a full time job. My greatest takeaway from working with Yash was his overall kindness and genuine excitement for my improvement during the 7 weeks of tutoring, and he was always willing to provide me with detailed explanations or additional problem sets over email in between our weekly sessions. Yash is a fantastic teacher, knowledgeable tutor, and most importantly a super great guy! I don’t think I could have scored 10 points higher without his diligence towards providing a tutoring experience that truly met my needs!

-S.H., Winter 2021

Alex is a great tutor! Before I started tutoring with him, my score was stagnant and even though I had another studying program it felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. After working with Alex, my score improved 6 points and the possibility of going to law school seemed much more achievable. Alex takes what you already know and creates a syllabus and schedule around that leading up to the test day. On top of studying with him, his support is comforting and calming during a stressful time. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is not sure what there next step should be in their LSAT journey.

-M.R., Winter 2021

I first began studying for the LSAT using prep books at home for about 7 months. I would study 4-5 days a week and complete 2-3 practice tests. I registered for the October test and felt prepared, however I was crushed when my score came back much lower than I had hoped. I began to contemplate even taking the LSAT again and even started thinking of new career options. But then I thought about my future and what I wanted to do every day. I wanted to be a lawyer. I registered for the November LSAT which was only a few weeks away and then searched google for tutors. I found The LSAT Nerds and began speaking with Yash. Yash was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on any concepts and questions I felt I needed help with and he also suggested areas of focus where he believed I could pick up points. I ultimately took the November LSAT and saw an increase of 7 points and received my best score ever (including practice tests)! I now have applied to and been accepted to all of my top schools and even been offered scholarships. To think that I went from possibly not going to law school to now having a choice of where I want to go next year in a matter of a few weeks is truly amazing. I cannot thank Yash and The LSAT Nerds enough.

-M.C., Winter 2021

Alex was a fantastic tutor. He was patient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to explain things in a way that made them approachable. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for an LSAT tutor.

-M.R., Winter 2021

I took the LSAT twice, both times with serious amounts of self studying, and yet hardly any increase from test 1 to test 2. I was incredibly frustrated and about ready to call it quits, but I read the great testimonials on the LSAT Nerd’s website and decided to call – on the Friday after Thanksgiving, no less. Not only did Wade Formo himself pick up, but he carefully and diligently listened to where I was at, and offered realistic solutions and a training plan that could work with my full-time job. We started tutoring literally the next week, and I cannot say enough about how much Wade’s tutoring sessions helped me.

Not only did Wade customize my study plan to focus on my identified areas of weakness, but we talked strategy and timing to pick up as many points as possible. Wade was also so accommodating, and always willing to split our sessions into two segments, or moving the session entirely to allow for my demanding work schedule. In a matter of six weeks, Wade was able to help me get my score from a 169 to a 177 – when I had told him I was shooting for a 173! He’s a true miracle worker, and I cannot recommend this company, and Wade, enough.

-G.G., Winter 2021

I took the January LSAT while tutoring twice a week with Yash... I came into LSAT Nerds with a 147 from the November LSAT and in January I just got a 156!!!

Yash was the absolute best tutor I have ever had. Not only did he break down every section with me and go through the teaching process slowly so that I could learn, but he was always willing to stay after with me to go over practice problems I had been struggling with. Yash answered all of my emails within 24 hours and he made it feel like a team effort. But the absolute best part about Yash, is that even with his incredible LSAT score, he was an extremely personable guy and made the process fun for me. I was blown away by his personality and how comfortable it was to converse with. I could not have done the 156 without him and I highly recommend him to other individuals looking to improve their score.

Thanks again for all you have done for me. WE ARE GOING TO LAW SCHOOL!!!

-R.D., Winter 2021

Working with Wade was the best decision I’ve made this year, and that still sounds like an understatement. Before finding The LSAT Nerds, I started with a 152 diagnostic and had been self-studying for six months in what felt like a total vacuum—nobody I knew was also studying, and I had been trying to figure things out on my own. I was on the precipice of hitting my goal, but with test day approaching, the self-doubt creeped in and I feared I’d plateaued. I still remember my consultation with Wade—it was really uplifting to hear someone be so positive and confident that I could reach my goals. I wish I'd reached out sooner. In just a short time, Wade helped me hone in on my weaker areas and refine my approach—my analysis of the test and each question, no matter the type, became so much more precise and I started consistently hitting the 170+ scores I’d been aiming for all along. The LSAT and this entire process was—at least for me—just as much a test of mental fortitude and confidence as it was of skills, and Wade supported me as I worked through all of it. I couldn’t have had a 170+ test day without him. On top of all of this, Wade helped me with the application process and the multiple iterations of my essays and supplements. He genuinely cares about his students’ success, and that always shines through. Wade is an incredible person, tutor, and friend that I am immensely grateful for, and I absolutely recommend working with him!

Sam was one of the best and most versatile LSAT instructors I have ever had. For LR, he was able to 1) break down any question to help me see what it was really testing and 2) scrutinize the wrong answers to identify the traps laden within. I struggled with the latter as I would often get attached to a wrong answer for some unjustified reason or eliminate a right answer prematurely. Sam helped me correct this bad habit and as a result, I was able to improve my LR score from -3 or more to -1 or 2. For LG, Sam was always able to help me see a more efficient setup, which made my going through the questions a lot faster. Since speed was my biggest issue, I was able to improve my LG score from -2 or more to -0 or 1. For RC, Sam fully subscribed to the LSAT Nerds' method of understanding the passage before rushing into the questions. Buying into this approach improved my score from -5 or more to -3 or less. I was wary of switching up my strategy at first, but I ultimately trusted Sam's judgement and it paid off big time. With his help, I was able to improve my score across all three sections, which set me up for flexibility and success on test day.

Beyond helping me improve my fundamentals, Sam really helped me tackle the psychological aspect of the test. I struggled with not trusting myself on tough questions and would often let that uncertainty negatively affect my performance throughout the test. Sam helped me overcome this self-doubt by drilling into me an aggressive mindset that I believe is essential to scoring in the 170s. That being said, I believe students at all levels would be in good hands working with Sam. In group workshops, he would personalize his approach based on the student's needs, and displayed all the tools to help anyone improve their LSAT score. I was able to improve my score from the 160s to the 170s in a few months, and I could not have done it without Sam. I cannot recommend him enough.

-K.L., Fall 2020

I started out doing some self-study to get to know the test and got a 158 on my first diagnostic test. I knew I needed a tutor if I were to get the score I really wanted, a 167. I heard of other tutoring options, but they were so expensive! So I Googled “LSAT Tutors” and came across the LSAT Nerds. I called Josh and got set up with Jenna. I am so thankful that I was. I worked with her from about May to November, took the August test (got a 168), and retook it in November. I got a 174 on the November test and Jenna is the reason why. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help, patience, and kindness. Jenna was the tutor I didn’t know I needed. She helped me with my mindset going into the test, which is more important than I realized. She dove into every concept with me and encouraged questions. She was so flexible with the schedule and worked with me to decide what I needed to work on every session. I also went to the weekly workshops with Sam and Wade which were super helpful! I cannot recommend working with the LSAT Nerds (and Jenna specifically) enough!!

-M.R., Fall 2020

Over a year ago I began my LSAT prep journey and started by going through the basic prep books and courses. In the beginning stages of my prep, I felt like the information was overwhelming, so I tried to seek out help from private tutor companies only to find that places like 7Sage and LSAT Max were charging almost a semester’s worth of tuition for tutoring; not to mention they wanted to charge me for big bundle packages up front. After searching around the internet, I finally ran into Wade and we have been meeting for tutor sessions for over a year now. Wade has been an extreme influence on the success I have had on this exam, as well as being someone who I can rely on to support me for this whole process. I have taken this exam multiple times now, with my first score coming in at 156 in July and with a final score of 169 in November. I may have never gotten to this point if it wasn’t for Wade believing in me to do better. We worked endlessly on strategies, manipulating arguments, mastering games, and most importantly, being extremely accurate under timed conditions. You can go pay $5,000 up front to these big name LSAT companies with tutors who just look at you as a paycheck, or you can pay a much more affordable rate at The LSAT Nerd/Ascend LSAT knowing that you will be working with someone who is passionate about helping others realize their dreams.

-A.S., Fall 2020

I first began studying for the LSAT in the spring of my Junior year of college. Back then it was mostly self-study from a 950-page Kaplan test book, as well as practice problems from a pile of LSAC books that were given to me by some friends who had already studied for and taken the test. While I made progress, I knew I would need help and eventually came to the LSAT Nerds website. At that time Sam Rosenberg was just starting as a tutor there after coming from a different tutoring company. I enjoyed every moment working with Sam as he was always punctual with time, moving other things around on his schedule to make room for extra sessions with me. He never gave up on me even when I was feeling doubtful such as when I scored worse on my second time taking the test, than I did on the first. However, with Sam’s help I went from a 151 on my first ever official practice test, to a score of 166 on the November 2020 test. I would not have made that kind of progress without Sam; I am thankful for our time spent together, and confident that we will be in touch in the future. I would definitely recommend working with Sam if you are serious about wanting to improve your score, as he will come to each session ready to work and make you better.

-J.C., Fall 2020

Working one-on-one with LSAT expert, Wade Formo, was a key step in my law school admissions journey. During my time with The LSAT Nerd, Wade never canceled or missed a tutoring session for any reason. Wade showed up to every session with eagerness and excitement. As a mom, wife, and full-time employee; Wade’s infectious enthusiasm and love for the LSAT gave me the extra push I needed to effectively complete each session. As an upcoming 1L non-traditional student, my tutoring schedule would often change based on the demands of work and family. Wade made every effort to accommodate my schedule and worked with me to make sure I never fell behind on any of the lesson plans.

Wade’s passion and dedication for teaching the LSAT helped to improve my LSAT score by 3 points. In addition to my score improving, Wade was so committed to helping me with the law school admissions process that he assisted with proofreading my personal statement, diversity statement, and resume. Wade went above and beyond to make sure my LSAT score and application materials were thorough and competitive against other law school applicants. I strongly recommend working with Wade and I will be forever grateful for the time and effort Wade invested in my journey to becoming a lawyer.

-C.L., Fall 2020

Over the course of two months I saw my score improve by 16 points, thanks in large part to all of Storeys help. She worked with me on a practice schedule that best fit my own needs, and quickly identified what areas I needed to improve on. Together we worked through the difficulties I faced with diagraming and timing on Logic Games, and she helped me break through my issues with parallel reasoning and necessary/sufficient questions on Logical Reasoning. I can confidently say I would not have scored a 167 in November without her help.

-M.H., Fall 2020

To me, the most important aspect of learning is to make it fun, and Sam did just that. Every lesson was taught with a story, a smile, and a hilarious sense of self that made learning LSAT material simple, interesting, and truly enjoyable. From workshops to private lessons, his patience and dedication to his students always shined through. I particularly struggled with Logical Reasoning, but luckily I was paired with the LR wizard: Sam magically found ways to make me think differently and take new approaches when it came to LR. He worked diligently on specific question types with me, pushing me out of my comfort zone and showing me that maybe flawed methods of reasoning weren't so scary after all. I came into my first few sessions fearing LR and by the last few was laughing in its face (and Sam's lowkey funny jokes of course).

I would not say I am someone who naturally understood the tricks and ways of the test - I wouldn't even say I am someone who came into this process knowing whether law was for me or even what to expect. Regardless of how I felt, Sam made me want to do better for the both of us and has a passion for teaching that is rare in all other tutors I have worked with. He cares beyond the test material, even delving into the application process and taking the time to read the many personal statement drafts I sent to him. When I struggled with personal issues that were impacting my testing abilities, he was always just a phone call away, consoled me and offered solutions as would a close friend. I am incredibly thankful for the past few months with Sam and would absolutely recommend him to future students (in fact, I already have!). Sam is the ultimate LSAT Nerd, and he owns that title as he rightfully should. It is undeniable that he cares deeply for every person he meets and has a true love for his student's success that will guarantee you to reach your goals on test day. Thank you for being you, Sam!

-K.K., Fall 2020

I started my LSAT journey in early 2019 with a diagnostic score of 150. After self-studying for almost a year and taking the official LSAT itself multiple times, I was stuck in the low 160 range and could not seem to get out of it no matter how much I tried self-studying. That is when I reached out to Josh for tutoring services. Not only was Josh an incredibly patient and helpful tutor who helped me reach a 167 on the August 2020 LSAT-Flex exam but his support for me was integral to me feeling confident with my score, applying and eventually getting into a top law school I never expected to get into. Josh has been an incredible tutor, mentor and cheerleader for me throughout this process. Even when I had non-LSAT related issues such as questions about his law school experience or about the admissions process itself, Josh always took the time out of his day to give me a call or text. When I let him know I was retaking the exam again after our tutoring had ended, Josh still reached out to me and I really felt like I had an ally going into the exam. This gave me confidence when taking the exam, and contributed to my scoring in the high practice test range that Josh’s tutoring got me to. The LSAT Nerds company is wonderful itself: they offer very helpful free LSAT webinars which I was able to use to supplement my tutoring.

-K.C., Fall 2020

I started doing LSAT test prep on my own using past exam questions and the Kahn Academy LSAT test prep program back in May. I took the LSAT in August and didn’t do as well as I hoped for and felt like what I did wasn’t enough. So I began search for LSAT tutoring programs that could help me excel when I took the exam again. I found this amazing program and saw how affordable the tutoring was and I couldn’t pass on this opportunity. I was paired with Soojin and am so happy I was given the opportunity to work with her. She helped in every way I needed and made sure what we were doing would maximize my score on test day. I ended up increasing my score by over 10 points with her help and I couldn’t have been more thankful for her. I would suggest her and this tutoring program to anyone.

-M.M., Fall 2020

Over the course of meeting with Yash Mehta, both my LSAT score and my confidence in my ability increased significantly. Prior to working with Yash, my main method of study was through varying self-study resources (7Sage, PowerScore, & Kaplan to name a few). Though I made progress through the usage of these tools, I knew that I would need personalized assistance in order to reach my LSAT goals. Due to this, I began working with Yash - who from the beginning was dedicated to my success with the LSAT.

Yash is an incredible tutor! Alongside his passion to make sure that his clients succeed, he is able to explain every concept with great clarity. Also, by creating individualized plans, he is able to determine & address the weaknesses of his clients in order to improve their scores. Most importantly, he is amazing to work with & extremely relatable. Through conversations of our individual LSAT journeys, I gained an ally who encouraged me to excel despite my anxiety concerning the LSAT. Through his tutoring style and support, my official score increased by 16 points in two months.

-J.K., Fall 2020

Mackenzie demonstrates an outstanding grasp of logic, clarity, and communication skills which are unmatched. Throughout our sessions, she exhibited an extraordinary level of attention to detail and the utmost commitment to keeping me motivated throughout the LSAT and application processes. Mackenzie takes an analytical view on how her pupils think and then develops a lesson plan catered to their strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, she thoroughly prepares for each session and then guides her students into the thought processes for each section. Instead of showing me tips and tricks, she elevated my way of thinking to match what I needed to succeed on the test. That being said, Mackenzie is willing to go the extra mile for her students simply because she genuinely wants to see them succeed. I say with all sincerity, she is an absolute pleasure to work with.

-O.F., Fall 2020

Michael was an exceptional tutor who above everything else, listened to my anxiety and stresses and worked me through them. As I’m sure you know, these are critical roadblocks to overcome in getting the best possible score possible and Michael helped me tremendously in this regard.

Additionally, Michael was very knowledgeable about everything LSAT related. His games mastery led to me becoming extremely proficient with Games and it becoming my best section. Going from getting 13/23 at the beginning of my studies to 21/23 the week prior to the November exam is a growth that needs no explanation.

I just wanted to speak for him as someone who worked with him for months. He has always been exceptionally open with his communications, even helping me along the admissions process. The most important thing for me in searching for a tutor was to find someone who wouldn’t treat me as only a student, but a person who was navigating a difficult journey and needed guidance (even when I missed an easy question or things of that nature).

I’m very happy that I worked through the LSAT Nerds to navigate my journey that is the LSAT. Michael was an exceptional tutor and an even better person. His help and guidance were paramount to my success and completing the exam in a better position than when I took my first LSAT. I feel very lucky to have worked with such an exceptional person and I just wanted to attest to his work ethic, skill and positive personality.

Thanks for all you and your team do for people like me on this journey!

-A.B., Fall 2020

With the help of my tutor, Tara, I was able to increase my LSAT score by 6 points. After reaching a plateau with self-study, using the services provided by the LSAT Nerds was a great investment that paid off. My tutor was able to identify my strengths and weaknesses and help me work on them. Since I also work full time, the availability and flexibility of scheduling tutoring sessions was also very valuable. Overall, I could not have been happier with my experience. Thank you, LSAT Nerds!

-N.A., Fall 2020

I was really struggling with this test and I was completely lost. And since English is not my first language that made things even harder for me. Fortunately, I found the LSAT Nerd and set up a consultation session with Josh and decided to work with him. From my very first session with Josh, I felt very comfortable with him. After a few sessions he was able to figure out what my weaknesses were, and we started working together to address those weaknesses. In just a short amount of time my score started increasing. Josh knows the test very well and he is also an amazing tutor!

Moreover, what I also love about Josh is that he will be there for you when you have “a bad LSAT day” whether you get a low score on a PT or in general feel down or tired. He will be there to help you go through that. In this sense, he is also a great motivator and encourages you to go forward! He was there in every step of the way and I will always appreciate that.

-L.M., Fall 2020

Thank you for paring me up with Shayna for my November LSAT exam. My grade went from a 154 in August to a 158 in November. I met with Shayna six times between October 1st and November 9th. Shayna is a fantastic tutor and I really appreciated all she did for me. She always had words of encouragement when I felt discouraged. I knew she genuinely cared about my success. I felt much more confident in my Logic Games section after that month of tutoring with her. I made tremendous progress through our sessions. I really appreciated her flexibility and patience. Shayna made studying for the LSAT fun and rewarding.

-A.V., Fall 2020

After taking a course with a major prep company and then self-studying for several months, I felt I had reached a plateau and decided it was time to work with a tutor. I am happy to have chosen The LSAT Nerds; the company provides incredible value. Sam in particular is a great tutor. Throughout our work together Sam demonstrated a high level of expertise, but I was particularly impressed by Sam’s investment in my journey. Working with Sam is like having a personal coach who truly wants you to succeed.

I was extremely nervous to begin prep for the LSAT. At first, Michael M. intimated me. However, as time went on, we began to get to know each other better. He really became the support I needed to get through this test; I couldn’t have done this without him. Michael held me accountable when I wasn’t holding myself accountable. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Together, we worked to get a score I am happy with! Each week, we worked on different test sections. If there was a day I didn’t feel mentally ready to work in a session, he was very patient and accommodating. In addition to content, we also worked on life/stress management in relation to the test. My experience with the LSAT Nerds was incredibly well rounded. The tutor-student relationship was something I always considered crucial to my success and I am so thankful I was advised to choose the LSAT Nerds. Michael is an incredibly smart, patient cheerleader and perfect for those LSAT beginners. Thank you so much, Michael!

Yash boosted my confidence when it came to every section of the LSAT, to the point where I was constantly getting 100% or missing just one question in the games section. He helped me overcome my anxiety with the logical reasoning and breaking down each type of question that dramatically helped me remain composed on test day. The value I felt from each tutoring session with him was unparalleled, and I truly believe he helped set me up for success come test day. I cannot recommend Yash enough, nor can I thank him enough for his help and support.
