Hear From a few of Our Recent Test Takers

After working through several online LSAT resources I found myself plateauing, unable to find a solid strategy to break into the 170’s consistently. I found myself overwhelmed with different strategies far too complex to implement on test day and I eventually took to reddit to ask for help. I was recommended to the LSAT Nerds and more specifically Wade through a former student. I could not be more grateful for that recommendation as Wade truly helped me get over the hump and achieve my goal score.

Wade excelled at simplifying my approach, helping me build a solid foundation that I could rely on with confidence. My biggest hurdle was the variability in my Reading Comprehension scores, and thanks to Wade’s guidance, I was able to tackle this section effectively. From the very beginning, Wade’s expertise and experience in teaching the LSAT were evident. His ability to teach everything from foundational concepts to advanced refinement made a significant difference in my preparation.

After working with Wade on my LSAT I knew him to be honest, critical, and extremely experienced, and that is why I chose to work with him during my admissions process. We worked from square one all the way to submitting seventeen applications. I really appreciated his diligence in each stage of essay writing and application strategy. I felt his knowledge of timelines, and the type of writing each school liked helped me break the arduous task of applications into manageable steps.

Overall, Wade is an exceptional tutor and an even better person. His unwavering support made all the difference in both my LSAT prep and my law school applications. Thanks to Wade and LSAT Nerds, I not only got into my top-choice school but also received a great scholarship. I cannot recommend Wade and LSAT Nerds enough—it’s 100% worth the investment for anyone aiming to achieve their goals.

I am incredibly grateful I chose LSAT Nerds for my LSAT preparation and law school admissions journey. I worked with both Wade and Kristina for LSAT prep, and their personalized approach, strategic guidance, and unwavering encouragement were exactly what I needed to elevate my performance. They helped me identify key areas for improvement, provided time management strategies, and showed me how to effectively maximize my score. With their help, I overcame a score plateau and ultimately increased my score by 14 points.

Because their tutoring and support were so impactful, I also chose to continue my work with Wade Formo during the admissions process as well. His feedback on my essays and overall application was invaluable. Wade made himself readily available and genuinely cared about my success. I had never experienced this level of support from someone with no personal stake in my outcome, which made the experience even more meaningful.

LSAT Nerds helped me feel confident in my applications, strengthened my presentation as a candidate, and enabled me not only to gain acceptance into my dream school but also to consider and receive offers from even better programs I hadn’t initially thought possible. Their dedication and guidance at every step made a lasting impact on my journey. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a personalized, effective, and results-driven approach to LSAT preparation and law school admissions.
— S.D., Fall 2024
Before I started tutoring with Wade to study for the LSAT, I had worked with several other tutors and companies, but I felt like I wasn’t grasping the concepts as best as I could. As a result, my score was not progressing in the way that I was wanting. When I started meeting with Wade, the test started to click for me for the first time, and the way that he explained concepts really worked with my learning style. After several sessions, I started to see an improvement in my score as well as in my overall understanding of the test! Wade also helped me with my entire law school application which was immensely helpful. This process can be very overwhelming, but the support and feedback Wade provided me on my many statements made me feel confident in my application. I am so grateful for all of the time and energy Wade has put in to my journey to law school, and I don’t think my cycle would have gone as well as it did without his help.
— I.L., Fall 2024
I 100% recommend my LSAT tutor, Alex. His guidance, strategies, and patience helped me tremendously throughout my prep. He broke down complex concepts in a way that made them easy to understand and gave me the confidence I needed to tackle the exam. Alex truly cares about your success, and will always make himself available when you might need help.
